The Nourished Woman is deeply connected to herself.

She is no longer abandoning her needs, overriding her body, or trying to earn her worth through constant doing, proving, fixing, or performing.

She understands that true wellbeing is not created through perfection, productivity, or endlessly trying to “think positive.” It is cultivated through presence, self-awareness, emotional honesty, rest, connection, pleasure, and tending to the body with compassion.

She values depth over performance, her peace over pressure, connection over comparison. and truth over appearances.

She is emotionally grounded, self-reflective, and intentional about how she moves through the world. She desires meaningful relationships, authentic community, and a life that feels nourishing rather than depleting.

The Nourished Woman is learning how to listen to herself again, to trust her body, to soften without losing herself, to honor her emotions instead of suppressing them, o create space for joy, creativity, sensuality, rest, and pleasure alongside responsibility and ambition.

She is not striving to become someone else, she is returning to herself.

She understands that nourishment is essential.

And as she becomes more connected and at home within herself, she naturally becomes more present in her relationships, more rooted in her decisions, more emotionally resilient, and more alive in her everyday life.

Many women have learned how to function, achieve, care for others, and keep moving — but very few have been taught how to truly nourish themselves.

They may consume endless self-help content, go to therapy, and intellectually understand healing… yet still struggle to feel grounded, connected, or truly at home within themselves.

The gap isn't a lack of information, its a lack of embodiment.

The Nourished Woman exists to bridge the space between intellectually knowing what supports wellbeing… and actually living, feeling, and embodying it in daily life.

WEEK 1: arriving back to Yourself

WEEK 3: Pleasure, Nourishment & Receiving

This week is about moving beyond overthinking and learning how to listen to what your body and emotions are communicating. Through breath, movement, touch, and guided practices, you’ll deepen emotional awareness, support your nervous system more gently, build greater self-trust, and feel more connected to yourself emotionally and physically.


WEEK 4: Connection, Expression & Integration

This week focuses on releasing the belief that you must constantly push through, overgive, or earn rest. Together, we explore what it means to nourish yourself without guilt by reconnecting with joy, softness, boundaries, pleasure, and the ability to receive support more openly and honestly.



Our final week is about honoring your voice, being witnessed in your truth, and integrating everything you’ve experienced throughout this journey. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of self-trust, emotional connection, practical support tools, and a stronger sense of belonging within yourself as you carry this work into your everyday life.




We begin by slowing down and reconnecting with the body after living in constant stress, pressure, and overwhelm. Through grounding and body-based practices, you’ll begin calming mental overload, feeling more emotionally supported, reconnecting with your body’s signals, and creating a deeper sense of internal safety and presence within yourself.

A personal note from kristin

I created The Nourished Woman because I know what it feels like to constantly hold everything together while slowly losing connection to yourself in the process.

I know what it feels like to be strong for everyone else while secretly craving rest, support, softness, and space to just breathe.

And I also know that healing doesn’t happen through forcing ourselves harder.

It happens when we finally feel safe enough to slow down, listen to our bodies, honor our emotions, and stop abandoning ourselves.

This work changed my life.
And I created this space because I know how deeply women need this kind of support right now.
