My journey into this work began from my own unraveling and the unfolding that followed.

After years of navigating codependency, relational trauma, and disconnection - while caught in cycles of hustle, burnout, entrepreneurship and motherhood - I found myself face to face with a truth I could no longer ignore: I had been abandoning myself, overriding my intuition and disconnected from the very body meant to guide me.

A profound loss became a turning point in my relationship with my womb, my grief and my sense of self.

What followed was not a linear healing journey, but a descent into grief, into rage, into the shadow and into the parts of myself I had learned to suppress in order to be loved.

I was initiated through experience, through the spaces that invited me to slow down, feel and listen.

Women's circles became a portal of reflection. Devotion to my body became a daily practice. Reclaiming pleasure became a turning point. And in that reclamation, everything began to shift - my relationship to my body, my sense of safety and my capacity to feel alive.

As I immersed myself in feminine embodiment, tantric arts, womb healing and somatic work, I began rebuilding safety within my body as a lived experience. 

My path deepened into devotion - facilitating women's circles, guiding others in womb and nervous system healing and supporting women in reconnecting to their cyclical nature, sensuality and inner authority.

My work is rooted in the innerstanding that healing isn't about fixing what's broken, but about remembering what was never lost.

Now I guide women in their own reclamation - helping them trust their bodies, honor their truth and come home to themselves in a way that is grounded, sovereign and deeply embodied.
